Our Treatments
General Swedish Massage:
Swedish massage is a therapy that utilizes five styles of long, flowing strokes to increase circulation, ease muscle tension and encourage relaxation. This technique is done at a slow, relaxing pace designed to sooth and calm. It can include light or deep pressure based on the client’s needs. It is the most common type of massage technique and the basis to which most treatments are built on. Both relaxation and therapeutic massages include this technique.
Sports Massage:
Sports massage is a rapid, vigorous technique used to increase circulation, address scar tissue, adhesions and reduce swelling. It usually requires a deep pressure but can be adapted to clients that require a lighter touch. This therapy is used most often with athletes who have become injured or are in training for upcoming events.
Myofascial Release:
Myofascial release is a slow, deep technique designed to loosen restricted fascia and break up scar tissue and adhesions. The use of oil is not required in this technique.

CranioSacral:
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tension that lie deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.

Pregnancy Massage:
Pregnancy massage is a series of Swedish massage techniques designed to promote relaxation, reduce swelling, increase circulation and decrease the aches and pains commonly associated with pregnancy. This treatment is usually done with the client positioned on her side to ensure the utmost comfort.
TMJ Massage:
TMJ massage includes a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial release and intra-oral (inside the mouth) techniques to treat jaw pain. This treatment can be done in a 30 minute session to address only the jaw area or a 60 minute session to address neck and shoulder tension that is commonly associated with jaw pain.
